Summer ONE is here

I have more samples to show you then ever before. Seriously. I have used all of my hangers and so far and I didn't even get all the girls line hung. Not a piece of Boys, layette girl or boy is hung! It's a little crazy over here.

So here are the pictures to go with the invite! Enjoy!

Naartjie Spring 2

Can you believe how fast Spring is starting to sneak up on us? I just got the Naartjie Spring 2 samples, and let me tell you how in love I am with this line. After being emailed pictures and then seeing it in real life for myself, believe me, this is one you MUST see in person to appreciate.

The girl line colors are teaberry, vanilla, spring, dew, crystal (pink) and royal purple. The detail prints include a small fusion rose print mixed with a pixie stripe, perfect for spring and carrying over to summer. There is also large scale butterfly graphics and some bohemian embroidered vibes. There are two dresses that arrived that are To Die For CUTE. I will be ordering both. One has an asymmetrical rouching, and the other has a tiny bit of smocking and lots of layers! Matching mommy tunics are back as well.

The boy line is full of bright colors and inspired by retro comic books and the bright neon colors typically associated with them. The line features bold graphics and quirky comic book heroes. The bold graphics are combined with colorful patches, neon trims, bright contrasting stitching and tie dye to create a fun and exciting line with lots of dimension that will appeal to boys of all ages.

So, please come to my open house this SATURDAY, the 13th, from 10am to 12pm. Please email me for my address. Feel free as always to bring friends and your children. The line will not be online until this Thursday; all orders will go in Saturday after the show. I should have the clothes here before the end of that week! So please come see us and check it out!

Also, joining me again will be Kerri Ramey with Scentsy, to share her entire stock at 10% off!!!!

Presley's Mom has got it going on.....

When I was a kid, taking treats for your Birthday was one of the highlights of the entire year. Every year it was the standard home made cupcake.

So yesterday was Presley's day to bring treats.

Now for those of you that know me, I LOVE to bake. It is the crazy dreamer inside of me that wants to wear an apron and be June Cleaver....

So I couldn't send JUST cupcakes.....

I had to go big or go home. So I went and tried Bakerellas Cake Pops. So here is a few things to consider when dreaming big with armature skills:

1- Never try a new recipe under pressure without a back up plan.
2- Even though your intentions are professional Maggie, sometimes your skill.....not so much.....
3- Stop crying in the "balls"

Okay now for the finished product.

I am proud to say they were a hit with the class, even the teacher asked how to make them. The neighbor swooned and my husband inhaled the leftovers. So while I strive to have perfect balls.... perfect can be so boring...
